Q: Is it appropriate to use a credit card for online donations?
A: Voyagers Bible Church believes in responsible giving so we encourage you to prayerfully consider the use of credit cards for church donations. The amount of your tithes and offerings should be included in your monthly budget.
Q: Is online giving secure?
A: Voyagers Bible Church meets the standards for PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance. Credit card data is neither stored on our servers, nor accessible to our staff.
Q: Can I make repeating gifts as well as one time contributions?
A: Yes!
Q: Can I use either credit or debit cards to make contributions as well as electronic bank transfers?
A: Yes!
Q: What if I want to cancel or change my online giving?
A: You are always able to choose the date your gifts will be processed. One-time gifts are processed as soon as you click “Submit” and cannot be cancelled. Repeating gifts may be cancelled prior to the scheduled date. If you want to change the date or amount of a repeating gift, you must cancel it and create a new repeating gift.
Q: Will my online gifts be included on my statement of contributions?
A: Yes!
Q: Can I view my past giving history online?
A: Yes, however most transactions take several days to clear.
Q: What if I’m not a regular attender but want to make a donation? How can I get a statement for tax purposes?
A: Your giving statement is available online and we will also mail you a year end printed statement in January

To set up a recurring gift, login to MyVBC. Once logged in to MyVBC, click on the “Give” tab at the top of the page.
